Individuals eligible for our services must demonstrate a clinical necessity due to a mental, behavioral, or emotional problem that results in life activities impairment.
Eligibility requirements:
- Mental health diagnosis
- Psychiatric hospitalization
- Residential treatment
- Residential crisis stabilization
- PACT or ICT services
- RTC-LVEL C Placement
