Community Stabilization:
Our Community Stabilization services are here to assist individuals experiencing a behavioral health crisis that may place them at risk for severe instability and disruption in their daily functioning. Risk factors may be increased by factors such as lack of natural support systems, isolation, or substance abuse disorder, putting individuals at an increased risk for homelessness, psychiatric hospitalization, and law enforcement involvement. We provide intensive outpatient community stabilization services, intending to stabilize individuals experiencing acute crises in the community, where they reside and are comfortable. We provide support through evidence-based interventions and care coordination. Services can be provided consecutively for up to 7 days, or 28 hours per week as clinically necessary.
